Housing and public utilities’ modernization discussed in N Kazakhstan
According to head of energy and housing and public utilities department Anton Fedyayev, 1705 multistorey apartment houses are in the region. 827 of 1041 houses are covered by control authorities.
"High-rise housing area, heated by the central heating, includes 1,130 multistorey apartment houses, of 570 (or 50.4%) of which washed and pressed. Four organizations (12 teams) carried out flushing and pressure testing of residential buildings in Petropavlovsk. At the moment, 45.5% of the homes of the regional centers are ready for the cold season," A.Fedyaev.
The meeting also discussed and the modernization of housing and public utilities. It is worth noting that one of the indicators of program effectiveness modernization of housing is a refund due to repairs of the common property of the condominium facilities.
"As of August 23, 2014, the repayment of funds in the city is 373.9 million tenge, while planned 302.2 million tenge" the head of the department stated.
After the meeting the head of the region instructed to take measures to repay existing indebtedness of consumers for services rendered by public utilities.
