'Peace Mission 2014' joint anti-terrorism exercise kicked off in China
According to Kazakh Ministry of Defense, soldiers of the armed forces of Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan take part in the maneuvers that will lasts till August 29.
“Approaches and skills in managing coalition interspecific groups will be developed during the exercises. Thus it will be a great opportunity to share experiences of military training, head of the Kazakh delegation, Major General Mukan Dyusekeev noted.
“Participating of young aviators and air navigators will be an important stage in the professional training as the crews as a part of multinational contingents execute fire missions, will make landing of troops and aerial reconnaissance," Chief of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan Air Force Major General Nurlan Ormanbetov said.
