Corruption crimes debated in regional court of W Kazakhstan

A round table devoted to the qualification of the actions of officials while commission of corruption crime took place in the West Kazakhstan regional court.
27 criminal cases of this category have been considered in courts in the first half of 2014 years.
At the same time over 6 months of the year the regional courts have considered with the sentencing 24 criminal cases against 40 persons, 39 persons convicted, 1 person is justified,” Chairman of the Appellate Judicial board for Criminal Cases of the Regional Court Mirambek Nagashybaev informed.
Herewith, 8 of 39 convicted persons are police officers, 26 -civil servants and 5- entrepreneurs.
In summary, the participants agreed on further cooperation relating application of the rule of law in qualifying the officials’ actions while commission of corruption crimes, according to the press service of the regional court.
