Guidelines of President's Address explained to residents of Aktas village
Key priorities of the strategy document and the realization of large-scale tasks set by the Head of the State. As heads of activities of the Department of Justice, changes and amendments to the legislation governing the activities of judicial authorities, in particular facilitation of public services delivery, registration of rights to immovable property, registration of legal entities, civil registration were debated during the meeting.
A special attention was paid to the electronic registration through the portal of e-government services which has been actively used by the population.
Also the main provisions of the Law "On amnesty to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, repatriates and persons who have a residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan, due to the legalization of their property" were explained.
