Village hall opened in Abay area, E Kazakhstan

A solemn opening of a Village hall with participation of head of East Kazakhstan region Berdybek Saparbayev took place in Sarzhal village of Abay area, East Kazakhstan.
As the Information Center of the region informs, recently the building used as the shopping mall. Currently it is returned to the public ownership in frames of campaign Tugan Zherge tagazym.
The reconstruction of the building amounted to over 174 million tenge which were allocated from the regional budget,” the statement reads.
Besides, a new school for 300 seats is under construction in the region.
