Ust-Kamenogorsk to host 5th international honey festival

“The fifth international honey festival is set to be conducted on August 30 in Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan region,” Chairperson of Maral-keeper Association of Kazakhstan, member of scientific productive system “Kazakhstan omartashy” Nurlan Toktarov informed during the CCS visiting briefing in East Kazakhstan region.
National specialists and experts from Israel, Turkey, China, Romania and France will be invited to participate in the festival.
It is known the foreign colleagues will share their best international experience relating apiary innovations,
Mr. Toktarov noted the state lays a great emphasis of the apiculture development. Additional subsidies from the regional budget are allocated for the apiaries development.
