World experts to give Kazakhstan recommendations to join the list of 30 most developed countries

The Eurasia Emerging Markets Forum will be focused on the potential and prospects of long-term development of Kazakhstan with the consideration of global challenges of the first half of this century and key aspects for Kazakhstan to join the list of 30 most developed world countries.

“The Emerging Markets Forum will be held in Astana on September 10-11, 2013. Such forum will be held for the first time in Kazakhstan and for the first time in the post-Soviet space. The theme of the forum is “Eurasia in the 21st century: leadership through renewal”, Y.Orynbayev said.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister, the Eurasia Emerging Markets Forum will bring together more than 200 experts from America, Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and CIS countries. Current and former politicians, eminent international experts, representatives of business, heads of international organizations such as the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, Asian Development Bank, European Commission, Eurasian Economic Community, Japan International Cooperation Agency will take part in the event.

The discussion and opinions of the experts will be taken into consideration when developing a project for Kazakhstan on joining the most developed world countries by 2050.
