47 new schools to be commissioned in 2015- Kazakh Education Minister

Speaking at the today’s national August meeting of education workers of Kazakhstan on theme “Innovation strategy in education as the main factor of sustainable development of the state, society and people” Minister of Education and Science of Kazakhstan Aslan Sarinzhipov informed 47 new schools will be commissioned in 2015 year.

"51 billion tenge  was allocated from the republican budget for the completion of construction of 73 new schools in 2014," the Minister  noted. 

According to  Sarinzhipov, 47 new schools will be put into operation at the expense of the national budget in next  year, a special committee was established and a five-year plan approved to liquidate emergency and three-shifted schools.

The Education Minister also said that "the Ministry has taken steps to solve the problems of small schools", "optimization mechanisms have been developed too."

"Due to the improvement of school infrastructure, the number of small schools reduced. In order to improve quality of education in small schools it is necessary to provide learning process through  supportive schools, resource centers, residential facilities network  and information technologies,” Sarinzhipov resumed.
