Joint session of Houses of Kazakh Parliament set on September 2

A joint session of Houses of the parliament of Kazakhstan will be held on September 2 this year, be the relevant decree signed by Chairman of the Majilis Kabibulla Dzhakupov.
"In accordance with subparagraph 2) of paragraph 4 of Article 58 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan the joint session of the Chambers of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan is to be held September 2, 2014 at 11 am of Astana time, the document reads.
