New four codes to be valid from Jan 2015 (BRIEFING VIDEO)

“New four codes will enter into force from January 1, 2015,” Chairman of the supervisory judicial panel for criminal cases of the Supreme Court Akuyltai Kassimov announced during the press conference in Central Communications Service on Thursday in Astana.
On behalf of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan four new Codes have developed and adopted and will enter into force on 1 January 2015.
Term of a criminal offense, the exemption from criminal liability under the conditions of the procedural agreement and a number of others introduced in the New Criminal Code.
“This will make the ongoing work on behalf of the President to reduce the prison population more effectively," A.Kassimov said.
