Alexander Vinokurov awarded badge of honor

“Cycling boom happened in Kazakhstan and this first of all is a merit of “Astana” team and dear Alexander Vinokurov, our Olympic Champion, the Minister  noted. 

According to him, mass bike rides take place across Kazakhstan. It confirms that fact Kazakhstan really promotes health life.

“Recently the Head of State has signed the Decree “On Physical Culture and Sports” which will fuel the development of professional sport and the mass sport as well,” Mr. Mukhamediuly stated. 

"There will be a lot of such systematic approaches for the development of sports in Kazakhstan in the future. I would like to give a special mark, which is called the" Badge of Honor for merits in the development of physical culture and sports in the Republic of Kazakhstan to "Alexander Vinokurov,"  the Minister resumed.
