Nazarbayev receives reps of culture
During the meeting with Chairman of Kazakhstan’s Theatre Union the main aspects of the development of theatrical art, repertory theaters and policy issues to further enhance their creative level were considered.
Nursultan Nazarbaywev stressed progressive development of culture and art in the country, the importance of setting performances on historical themes.
State and prospects of the national cinema development were in the focus during the meeting of Head of State with president of JSC “Kazakhfilm” named after S.Aimanov Yermek Amanshayev.
The Head of State pointed out that the cinema industry today plays an important role in the cultural development of Kazakhstan. In order to strengthen this sector of the state are created all the necessary conditions: studio provided with high quality equipment.
Besides, Nursultan Nazarbayev stressed the necessity to produce films which will raise patriotic feelings, films devoted to the history of the Kazakh khanate and significant figures of that epoch.
In turn, Y. Amanshayev has informed the Kazakhfilm plans to produce eight films on different themes this year.
