Acting Secretary of Security Council of Kazakhstan held meeting on transition to new model of criminal law

Acting Security Council Secretary Adilbek Zhaksybekov chaired a meeting on performance of the Unified State Action Plan for the transition to a new model of criminal law, criminal procedure, criminal-executive and administrative proceedings, the press service of Akorda informed.
The meeting discussed issues legal, financial, organizational and technical support of the operation of law enforcement and judicial systems of the country under the new conditions.
In addition, the issues of creating the Unified Register of pre-trial investigations, organizing mass retraining of staff and provide them with the necessary teaching materials.
