2nd wave of privatization oriented for deregulation – Ministry of National Economy

“The second wave of privatization will reduce state impact to the national economy and make conditions for private business development in new areas,” First Vice Minister of National Economy of Kazakhstan Marat Kussainov stated during the round table on problem issues of Comprehensive privatization plan for 2014-2016 implementation.
“The new shareholders of companies, firstly, will get business, and secondly, a great opportunity to take the initiative for its development, and third, access to valuable frames that are the best experts in their specific industry," the speaker said.
In addition, M. Kussainov noted that privatization will be a good impetus for the entrepreneurships development.
According to him, the arrival of private investors can significantly affect the efficiency of the company, and thus improve the quality of services provided to the end user.
