2014 grain harvest projected at 11 t/ha– Kazakh Agriculture Ministry

According to the Space Monitoring "KazHydroMet" RSE, grain harvest of this year is projected at historical averages - about 11 kg / ha.
In general, the projected gross grain harvest of this year will be about 17 million tons in bunker weight.
So, as of August 19, 2014 agricultural producers harvested more than 943 thousand hectares, threshed more than 1 million tons of grain under yield at 11.6 t / ha, that is by 4 t/ha lower than last year.
