Library turns to be available for physically challenged in E Kazakhstan region

The building of the regional library named after Pushkin equipped with a special lift for people with disabilities, the Information Center of East Kazakhstan region informed.
Reading halls of the libraries became a barrier-free zone for all literature fans.
According to deputy director of the library B. Shagiyeva the elevator made staying in the library more comfortable for peoples with disabilities.
