Kazakhstan’s Center of peace and accord to be opened in London

An opening ceremony of the Kazakhstan’s center of peace and accord will take place on August 26 in London, Britain, the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan informed.

"The opening of the Center is designed to serve as an additional impetus to the promotion of the Kazakh model of interethnic tolerance and social harmony in Europe. The Center's work will focus on the development of scientific and educational clusters, grants for projects in the field of culture, language and education, involvement of British business in the development and implementation of science and technology and research projects, exchange of experience of the faculty of the leading universities of Kazakhstan and the UK,", the report says.

Deputy Chairman -Head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan (APK) Yeraly Tugzhanovб Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "Kazakhstan Kagazy", member of the House of Commons of the Parliament of Great Britain, Sir Tony Baldry, British investors, academics, representatives of companies engaged in cooperation within the framework of bilateral cooperation agreements will attend the event.
