Taldykorgan residential district presented to Head of State

President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev was informed about the development of the construction industry and the implementation of the "Affordable Housing 2020", program in Taldykorgan city, according to the Presidential press service.
The President familiarized with a detailed project plan of the Southwestern residential area with the total area of 206 hectares, where 12 residential areas, 5 neighborhoods are expected to be constructed.
During the visit, the Head of State had a conversation with heads and employees of contractor builders.
It should be noted 121 houses with a total area of 316.7 thousand square meters, which will provide housing for 6,037 families is planned to be built within the "Affordable Housing 2020" Program.
Social and cultural values, including 9 kindergartens, 5 schools, Schoolchildren's Palace, House of Youth, the PSC and clinic are expected to be placed at the territory of the new housing complex.
