Export of goods from Kazakhstan to Russia talked over in Moscow

The Kazakh delegation headed by the First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev and First Deputy Premier of Russia Igor Shuvalov discussed the participation of Kazakh enterprises in Russia import substitution program, application of the Convention on the territory of the Customs Union and Kazakhstan's exports of food products to the Russian Federation, the official website of the Kazakh Prime Minister reports.
In particular, the import substitution program offers involvement of about 60 Kazakh companies willing to supply the Russian market domestic products of machine-building, mining, pharmaceutical, light and wood industries, and the construction industry as well.
As for the development of the provision export to Russia, Bakytzshan Sagintaev noted that today more than 20 Kazakh companies are ready to supply flour, rice, buckwheat, onions, canned vegetables, honey and confectionery to Russia.
