Director of Stepnoye LLP of Aktobe region Amangos Tulepov gave an inclusive interview to IA Strategy2050.kz where announced that public administration system’s reforming is timely decision by Kazakh Leader.
In his view, the reduction of the number of ministries and the abolition of a number of agencies with the transfer of their functions and powers enables them to be more flexible and timely decide hot issues, not redirecting from one department to another, i.e a lot of functions of a number of government agencies will be focused in one driving unit.
According to him, the reform of the formation and implementation of public policies will promote cooperative efforts in key sectors of the economy and will give a new impetus to their development.
