'Women’s contribution to green economy and EXPO 2017' Forum kicked off in Ust-Kamenogorsk
The organizers “National Commission for Women Family and Demographic Policy under the President Kazakhstan, Governor’s Office of East Kazakhstan region under support of the UN.
The aim of the forum to promote the strengthening of integration processes in the Eurasian Economic Union, the discussion of women's contribution to the development of cross-border cooperation, the development prospects of the "green economy" and the participation in the exhibition "EXPO 2017."
The participation of women entrepreneurs in the new economy and the EXPO-2017, cross-border cooperation in the development of women's entrepreneurship, business support mechanisms will be discussed during the plenary session of the "EXPO 2017 - an incentive for cooperation of Women Entrepreneurs of border areas"
The participant will be informed on the local government development, the implementation of the special program "Roadmap employment 2020." Besides, mechanisms of interaction between business, Business Service Centers and executive power, renewable energy, development of new small businesses, the involvement of civil society to improve the quality of life in rural areas are expected to be presented at the forum.
In addition, a new republican project on revival of forgotten receipts of the Kazakh national dishes will be presented with the purpose of preparation to EXPO 2017 exhibition.
