NCE offers draft Concept of EES Single energy market

According to item 2 article 81 of Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union from May 29, 2014 member states develop Concept of single energy market (SEM) of the Eurasian Economic Space (EES).
The Concept will be approved by the Supreme Economic Council at level of heads of states till July 2015, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs informed.
Draft Concept is a set of views, based on the fundamental principles of the Union’s SEM formation and the system of solutions by member states relating the SEM forming,” a statement reads.
It should be noted in the draft Concept takes into account the world experience of association and the liberalization of electricity markets, existing international agreements by member states defining obligations to third countries, technological, regulatory, regulatory features of the functioning and development of electric power systems and electricity markets of the member states.
