Reforming of public administration system is a sign of a time. Good, experienced specialists should work in the ministries,” labor veteran, honored man of culture of Aktobe city Yerkin Kurmanbekov announced in exclusive interview to IA Strategy2050.kz
According to him, President of Kazakhstan has raised hot items relating public administration system reforming during the enlarged meeting of the Government on August 6 in Akorda.
"As it is known, the President decreed to cut the number of ministries from 17 till 12. Such a decision is very right as focus on the result of their work not the duplication of the same functions at the different levels of public administration," Y. Kurmanbekova believes.
