Over 1,300 receptions of citizens held in Party’s counseling offices of Karaganda rgn in 2014

Over 1,300 receptions of citizens have been held in the party’s counseling offices of Karaganda region this year, which is 4 times more than was in the same period of 2013.
70% of appeals have been positively resolved, and the rest are under control.
An analysis of appeals to the counseling offices shows that the most problematic issues in the region are provision of housing, pensions and social benefits - 29%, employment issues - 24%, provision of housing and utility services, condition of roads and provision of drinking water 11%, quality and availability of public services guaranteed by the law - 6%, complaints about acts or omissions of government agencies and employees - 6%.
