EEC: Draft legal entities register on model and motor vehicles’ production got approvals

Generally a drat of procedure for the creation and maintenance of registry of the legal entities engaged in models and motor vehicles manufacturing at the territories of the Customs Union and the Single Economic Space member states is approved a drat of procedure for the creation and maintenance of registry of the legal entities engaged in models and motor vehicles manufacturing, the Eurasian economic Commission reported.

Representatives of ministries of industry of the CU and the SES member states, Ministry of Economy of Belarus and of the Kazakh Auto Business Association took part in the teleconference meeting initiated by the Industrial policy Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

The meeting was focused on proposals to the drat of procedure for the creation and maintenance of registry of the legal entities engaged in models and motor vehicles manufacturing as it defined by the concept “industrial assembly of motor vehicles” set in accordance with decision of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council.

In conclusion of the meeting the sides generally agreed on a draft of this document. At the same time an agreement was reached on the need for a single order of administration handling of motor vehicles produced by legal persons, as defined by the concept of "industrial assembly of motor vehicles."
