A round table discussion on citizens’ grounding to labor legislation of Kazakhstan took place at a platform of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs (NCE) of Kyzylorda region. Representatives of public authorities, regional labor unions’ council and HR services of Kyzylorda large companies participated in the meeting, the NCE reports.
The Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the region presented principles of labor legislation directories during the meeting.
Head of labor control department Bolat Dossymov raised public awareness on amendments made to the Labor Code.
The Labor relations have no movement and that is why they depend on socio-economic conditions' changing. The President signed a law which strengthens regulations preventing the employee’s law violation and exclude inconsistent arrangements,” Bolat Dossymov stated.
