Aktobe legal advisers debated integration of mediation in lawyers’ activity

The purpose of this event was to discuss and study together with the Bar Association of Aktobe region the integration of mediation in the profession and the implementation of the international experience of conciliation procedures. 

Participation in mediation as a mediator suggests a fundamentally new type of activity and providing counsel lawyer legal assistance to all parties to the dispute together. Attorney-mediator contributes to mutual or amicable settlement agreement.

To date, the profession of "mediator" exists mostly as an adjunction to some other professions. There are mediators-lawyers, mediators-psychologists, mediators, who are engaged in conflict prevention and resolution in the industry and science and technology. 

It should be noted that the involvement of a lawyer to settle the dispute as a mediator also includes assistance to qualified legal assistance in addition to the execution of the general duties of a mediator.
