Akmola region hosted tourist youth expedition

II regional stage of Republican tourist expedition “My motherland- Kazakhstan” devoted to the 180th anniversary of Birzhan Sala held in Akmola region, the Akmola Media Ortalygy informs.
The goal of expedition is a development of children and youth tourism, healthy living propaganda, patriotic education to the native land.
27 teams, including winners of the regional contests form 13 regions (160 people) arrived to take part in the expedition.
Participants of the tourism campaign kept detail diaries study areas during the passage of the route, demonstrate their skills in setting up a camp,to light a fire, cook food and to organize their leisure time with the song and the guitar at the campfire, etc.
All teams successfully overcame all three major routes of the expedition.
The team of the Yenbekshildersky area won the first place in the team event and was awarded diploma and Challenge Cup.
