Bashimov: Every minister to be committed to duties’ fulfillment

Speaking during the media briefing of the Central Communications Service under the President of Kazakhstan on August 8, 2014, expert, doctor of law, professor Marat Bashimov said that every minister could not shield himself behind the colleague.
“The every minister could not shield himself behind the colleague and has to be committed to fulfil his duties’ fulfilment,” he announced.
Also, Bashimov noted that the integration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Ministry of Emergency Situations in one department - it's also the right decision by the Kazakh Leader.
From now according to the Presidential decision, 12 ministries including 5 new instead of 17 , and 30 committees -instead of 54 run in Kazakhstan.
