”Think tanks” of entrepreneurship development to be established across Kazakhstan
During the meeting with members of the Regional Council of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Mangistau region Deputy Chairman of the Board NCE RK Nurzhan Altaev announced It is required to establish “think tanks” of entrepreneurship development under Regional chambers.
“The fact that the Regional Chambers of Entrepreneurs protect the rights and defend legitimate interests of entrepreneurs is right. But I think that Regional Chambers should actively participate in the process of creation of other conditions for entrepreneurship development: training, infrastructure, investment, and many other important issues. To do this it is necessary to create a kind of “think tank” under the Regional Chambers. Topical issues common for entrepreneurs of the region could be discussed and recommendations, reasonable both legally and economically could be made here” member of the Regional Council of entrepreneurs Kuanyshbek Alenov proposed, according to the official website of the NCE.
By the way it was also proposed to develop the passport of each district and each village, which includes the following information: how many entrepreneurs, what they do, what the infrastructure is, availability and condition of roads, balance of production and consumption.
Summing up the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Board NCE RK assured the participants that upon arrival in Astana he will hold a separate meeting with directors of all departments of NCE, which will address the problems of Mangistau entrepreneurs identified during the business trip.
