Health Ministry developed electron system standards
According to the Ministry four key directions in electron health care standardization were identified. Thy are: the standard specifications to the electron health passports and medical records, to the identifications of the health care Parties, to realization and management of electronic directions and to a single classifier of medicines and medical equipment; technical requirements for interaction with information systems of e-health; regulations on information security and cooperation of stakeholders as classifier laboratory studies.
Standard requirements for the electronic health passport - this document is a basic and fundamental to the future of building relationships in the field of e-health.
The standard requirements for electronic medical record regulate the requirements for an integral part of the electronic health passport, which is formed at the level of a hospital, a consultative and diagnostic departments, clinics, departments and emergency medical services, organizations of rehabilitation and medical rehabilitation.
The standard requirements for the identification of healthcare Parties to ensure the integrity of data and information in the space of e-health in the course of interaction between patients, health care providers and health care organizations in the delivery of medical care.
"The first steps in the development of e-health standardization have been made. The work of the technical committee in the near future should bring the standard requirements for the electronic passport, health and electronic medical records to the national standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan” a statement reads.
