2 raliway lines to be launched in Kazakhstan this year

In 2014, Kazakhstan will open traffic on two new rail connections “Zhezkazgan – Beineu” and “Arkalyk – Shubarkol” the official portal of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan refers to the President of JSC "National Company" Kazakhstan Temir Joly "Askar Mamin.
New railways "Zheskazgan - Beyneu" 988 kilometers long and "Arkalyk - Shubarkol" 214 kilometers long will be launched this year. The total length of new railway lines is 2.5 thousand kilometers," Askar Mamin announced at a conference devoted to the 110th anniversary of the railway industry in Kazakhstan.
The head of the national company said that during the years of independence Kazakhstan railway port played a major role in ensuring the release of domestic products in international markets, the establishment of economic and social stability in the country.
