Ministry of Finance developed new standard of public services provided by customs authorities
This project provide for approval of nine new standards of public services provided by the customs authorities of Kazakhstan, changes in the standard of public services' preliminary decision on the definition of the country of origin in the application of preferential and non-preferential regimes".
As expected, the approval of standards of public services will ensure equal access by service receiver, inadmissibility manifestations of bureaucracy and red tape in the provision of public services, transparency in public service delivery, quality and accessibility of public services.
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Service" the public services is a form of realization of certain state functions performed individually on service receiver and treatment aimed at the realization of their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests, providing them with relevant tangible or intangible benefits. Standard of state service is a legal act that establishes the requirements for the provision of public services, the characteristics of the process including, forms, content and outcome of the public service.
