State created conditions for introduction of promising scientific ideas – T. Dzharkenov

“Today, Kazakhstan has created all necessary conditions for the implementation of promising research ideas and projects,” vice-rector for scientific and clinical work of West Kazakhstan State Medical University named after M.Ospanov Timur Dzharkenov said.

"In order to become a developed and competitive state, we need to become highly educated nation,” T. Dzharkenov cites the Strategy"Kazakhstan-2050.”

"It is known that only a highly educated nation can meet today's challenges and to ensure the accumulation of innovative intellectual potential. Therefore, M.Ospanov State Medical University is guided by principles of continuous improvement of the educational system in the West Kazakhstan, mastering the best foreign experience, active integration into the world educational space,” he added.

"Today, the government created the necessary conditions for the implementation of promising research ideas and projects that receive the necessary funding. As part of the grant funding by the Ministry of Education and Science two themes "Scientific development of early diagnosis and treatment of viral hepatitis infections in infants and young children" and "Epidemiology of endemic goiter in the western region of Kazakhstan and the development of recommendations for the prevention of iodine deficiency disorders" are  performed,”  the  vice-rector siad.

"The Presidential Address set the global goals, the implementation of which should bring the national science and education at the leading position in the world. And we scientists have to remember - the succession of generations, patriotism, and intellectual potential of the country is cultivated here in walls of our Kazakhstani universities,” T. Dzharkenov concluded.
