Kazakh Health Ministry, medical universities and University of Dundee signed trilateral cooperation memo

Minister of health Salidat Kairbekova met with the leadership of the University of Dundee to sign a trilateral Memorandum of cooperation, the authority reports.
The meeting was attended by the rectors of all medical universities of Kazakhstan.
"The signing of the document will promote international excellence in research and teaching in the field of medical education. The collaboration involves the development and implementation of joint educational programs and research projects, development of academic mobility in order to achieve high standards of quality of medical education,” according to the Ministry of Health.
The Memorandum will provide for advice and methodological assistance in the development of Kazakhstan's system of general practitioners training based on the experience of Great Britain and the University of Dundee.
