Labor Minister Duissenova on new mode of payment civil servants’ work (PHOTOS)
“We will introduce a new mode of payment of civil servants’ work from July 1, 2015. Heads, workers and specialists carrying out the administrative functions are in one category according to the current situation. And this is largely responsible for they have the same years of experience and the same salary what in its turn contributes to reduction of motivation at work," Mrs. Duissenova noted.
According to her, the new model provides for separation of positions depending on education, qualification, level of difficulty of work. There will be four categories: administrative, main, business and administrative and technical personnel.
It should be noted that the introduction of a new model of payment will restore the value of the main wages, ensuring its dependence on the outcomes of activities, encourage professional growth of the civil servants.
