Working group on charter traffic to be established – Ministry of Transport & Communications

The Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kazakhstan has initiated establishment of a working group on charter operations in the tourist market in Kazakhstan.
“The creation of the working group will help to expose nonconformities, if they exist in the work of the tourist operators. The Ministry of Transport and Communications makes every effort to provide safe flights without threat to people’s life and health,” the chairman of the Civil Aviation Committee Beken Seidakhmetov stressed.
The main task of the working group is to prevent critical situations in which Kazakhstani citizens may suffer - clients of various travel companies. To protect the interests of tourists Working Group will work to amend the law relating to transport, in particular the work of carriers, and will be given to proposals for improvement of this sector.
