Kazakh PM visited new fire station in Taraz
During the trip, the head of the Government visited a specialized fire station #2 in Taraz city.
The Minister of Emergencies of Kazakhstan reported on the work of the department.
The new fire station was built according to standard design, developed to meet modern conditions, and architectural and engineering solutions.
Material base of the unit includes modern fire equipment that meet international standards, comfortable residential and office premises.
The fire station occupies an area of 1.7 hectares. The complex consists of a fire station for 6 cars with optional redundant garage box for 4 cars, gas rescue service, training class for 30 people, connection point, 50 cu. m fire tank, fuel station for 2 columns with two tanks.
Domestic premises, lounges, room of psychological relaxation, gym are provided for the personnel. Besides training tower, 100-meter obstacle course and ground for basketball and valleyball are located at the territory of the fire station.
The new firehouse ensures reliable fire protection for south-western part of the city with a population of about 90 thousand people, and such important facilities as the international airport "Aulie-Ata", Regional Children's Hospital, Nazarbayev Intellectual School, "Taraz Arena" international sports complex, "Atakent-Taraz " central market, "Petro-Kazakhstan" tank farm.
