E Kazakhstan hosted workshop on electronic registration of real estate rights

Department of Justice of East Kazakhstan region held a workshops relating online registration of real estate rights for residents of Shar city of Zharminsky area of East Kazakhstan region.
During the workshops participants got acquainted with the electronic form of registration of rights to real estate.
Besides, the problematic issues were discussed at the meeting, the press office of E Kazakhstan's Department of Justice informed.
It bears reminding, in accordance with the amendments made to the Law "On State Registration of Rights to Real Estate" on January 1, 2013, the electronic registration of real estate rights which is carried out on the basis of an electronic copy of the document of title introduced on the territory of Kazakhstan.
