Rules on polygraph testing use in law enforcement bodies Okayed

On June 19 this year the Kazakh Government regulated to approve Rules of passing the polygraph research in law enforcement bodies , according to the implementation of the law "On judicial service."
Rules define the procedure for passing the polygraph research by nationals who are employed in law enforcement bodies (in the educational organization of law enforcement agencies), current employees for certification and, if necessary, during the internal investigation, the Prosecutor’s General Office reported.
Rules defined the main goals and objectives of the polygraph research, order and its conditions.
The Regulations come into force in ten calendar days following their first publication, " the report says.
For reference: Polygraph is an instrument used to measure physiological responses in humans when they are questioned in order to determine if their answers are truthful.
