Cultural policy concept discussed in Almaty

Draft cultural policy concept of Kazakhstan developed by the Kazakh National Research Institute was presented in Almaty city.
Director of Department of Analyses and Strategic planning of the Ministry of Culture M. Absattarov presented the draft. The meeting was attended by about 100 people- representatives of science, clerisy, public figures, businessmen and representatives of the public bodies, mass media, the authority reported.
"During the discussion constructive suggestions were made. The Almaty public majority approved draft Concept of Cultural Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the report says.
