Kazakh-U.S. military cooperation debated in Astana

Today in Astana, Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan Serik Akhmetov said at a meeting with the Charge d'Affaires John Ordway exchanged views on current and future issues of bilateral cooperation in military and military-technical cooperation, the press service of the Defense Ministry of Kazakhstan.
"Cooperation in the field of security, peace and stability is one of the priority areas of bilateral relations," the head of the Defense Ministry said.
The interlocutors noted the successful cooperation in the framework of the five-year plan of military cooperation, which promotes the development of peacekeeping capacity, military education and specialized training of its military.
