84 contracts for subsurface resources management are registered in Aktobe region. Among them five contracts - for exploration, 40- for extraction and 39 - for exploration and production, the department of natural resources and regulation of environmental management of Aktobe region reports.
The region works on ensuring performance of legislation by subsoil users and security for contracts’ conditions.
97 notices of violations of obligations sent to subsoil users in the first quarter of 2014 year. Following this work 13 contracts terminated unilaterally," the report reads.
