Aktobe region fights poaching

According to the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources of Kazakhstan, fighting poaching measures are taken actively in Aktobe region.
On July 4 inspectors of the regional territorial inspection of forestry and hunting searched a UAZ car with two locals during the measures on saiga conservation on the territory of Aytekebiysky area of Aktobe region.
As a result, one pair of just broken horns , 12 caliber gun, 83 bullets (buck shot), knife, saw and glass were revealed,” the statement reads.
The investigation is ongoing.
