Academy of Public Administration under Kazakh President to study civil service system of US and Lithuania

Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan has held a roundtable discussion with representatives of foreign partner universities on theme "Prospects for the development of cooperation National School of public policy and foreign educational institutions."
Experts from US and Lithuania took part in the meeting.
Collaboration to create and compile joint programs aimed at improving competencies, particularly in regard to curricula to include modules such as "Leadership", "Good governance", "Strategic Planning", "Human Resource Management", "Process decision ", etc were discussed during the round table.
The round table adopted an agreement on joint research Kazakh, American and Lithuanian experience in public service, taking into account the peculiarities of each country, the development of joint cases, creating a database for case experience usage and analysis of situations in civil servants training process.
