Kazcontent holds workshop on promotion of public bodies’ internet resources
According to him, today internet- resources are the hallmark of each public body. Thut is why it is important to go with the tides, to develop, to get new innovation knowledge which can optimize interaction of users and the public bodies.
Kazcontent JSC regularly holds monitoring of 30 internet resources of public bodies in order to improve quality of public services and increase public management system transparency,” Mr. Chulakov informed.
SMM media trainers Timur Kubekov and Alimzhan Bisembayev and head of press service of National Company “Astana EXPO 2017” JSC Aigul Mukei spoke at the workshop.
During the seminar, A. Mukei spoke about the work of press services of state bodies in the Internet, the main directions of progress in social media and modern optimization opportunities in a competitive environment.
The Press service is typically a department within an organization of some kind whose function is to communicate with mass media on topics related to that organization by issuing press releases and using other various means such as public speeches at news conferences, answering questions by telephone or on the Internet. Today, large organizations have their own press services or media centers, "she said.
