X Anniversary National Youth Delphic Games to kick off June 26 in Uralsk
The Games are traditionally held in different cities of Kazakhstan, and on June 26-30, they will take place in Uralsk. According to the organizers, they will involve over 500 people in 15 nominations.
The forthcoming Games are being organized by the National Delphic Committee of Kazakhstan, as well as the Committee of youth affairs of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan. The jury is still kept in secret, but traditionally it involves outstanding workers of art, education and science of our country.
“Everyone is looking forward to this arrangement, for the Delphic Games can be called the most awaited cultural project for the youth”, said Sazhida Saitbayeva, executive director of the corporate fund “National Delphic Committee”.
Participation in the Games gives young generation an opportunity for further creative realization. Member of the Guardian council of the International Delphic Committee Lavrenty Bobryshev noted: “Winners of the National Delphic Games are entering the world level. This includes the World Delphic Games, International Delphic Games and CIS Delphic Games. Gold medalists sing in La Scala and in Vienna State Opera. And specialists and art workers are ready to cooperate in future with them, to hold seminars and arrangements”.
Participants of the arrangement also noted that in future prize winners of the Games would get an opportunity of free studying in the creative direction at universities of Kazakhstan.
Today the Delphic Games are the only competition in the world uniting all types of art, classic, folk and modern genres of it. They are designed to detect and support talented young people.
