20th Trade Policy Coordinating Committee Meeting takes place in Philippines

The 20th Trade Policy Coordinating Committee Meeting has started its work in Manila, Philippines today June 25.
Representatives from CAREC member countries and multilateral development partners gathered to discuss progress made and challenges met in the implementation of the Trade Policy Strategic Action Plan (TPSAP) 2013-2017; latest developments in the World Trade Organization training workshops; an review the Trade Policy Sector Progress Report, which will be presented in the midyear CAREC Senior Officials' Meeting.
Presentations by the International Monetary Fund and Asian Development Bank (ADB) will summarize the policy action matrix of the updated TPSAP and discuss the refined methodology of the CAREC Development Effectiveness Review.
