French Honorary Consulate opened in Atyrau

First Honorary Consulate of France was opnened in Kazakhstan.
Assumption of the Honorary Consul of France Yessengali Baymenov to an office , CEO of "Merkur Holding" in Kazakhstan, with the authority of the city of Atyrau and Atyrau region took place during the official opening ceremony.
The ceremony was attended by Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of France to Kazakhstan Francis Etienne, Consul General of France in Almaty Patrick Renard, Deputy Governor of Atyrau region Shyngys Mukan.
“The main mission of the Honorary Consul Yessengali Baymenov is to represent France in the region,” Francis Etienne said at the opening ceremony.
