Kazakh President visited Nur Aktobe residential compound under construction

During the working visit to Aktobe region KazakhPresident Nursultan Nazarbayev got familiarized with the construction of a new residential compound in Aktobe city, and reviewed its layout, the press service of Akorda reported.
The Head of State criticized the construction project, stressing the need to ensure its conformity with modern architectural requirements.
You’ve got a unique chance to build large-scale residential compound and need a responsible approach to the problem, provide architectural diversity, consider the highest standards,” the Head of State stated.
Residential compound’s project "Nur Aktobe" includes 5 districts for 250 thousand people. The construction has started in 2012, 1224 apartments with total area 78 thousand square meters have commissioned in 2013. 972 apartments are planned to be put into operation this year.
